SUFA Technology (SZSE: 000777) announced on May 20 that its controlling shareholder China National Nuclear Corporation (CNNC) was agreed to swap shares in Guangdong Orient Zirconic.

CNNC was agreed by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) under the State Council to swap 54.294 million and 10.5132 million shares in Orient Zirconic held by two natural-person shareholders with 29.8617 million shares and 5.7822 million shares in SUFA.

After the move, CNNC will still hold 19.8632 million shares or a 9.33% stake in SUFA to be the actual controller.
